THE PROGRAM PLAYGROUND
Where program managers learn to build.
What is The Program Playground?
🚀 Overview
The Program Playground helps you go from an idea to a ready-to-launch program.
This hands-on guide is broken into five stages, each of which focuses on a different aspect of program development:
Get Started: Learn more about the program management role — what it is, what you do, and how to enter the field.
Assess: Take a closer look at your target audience, their needs, and identify what gaps you'll need to fill.
Plan: Begin to lay the bricks of your program foundation with goals, a workback plan, budget, and metrics.
Pitch: Articulate the value of your program in the form of a stakeholder presentation.
Kick Off: Gather the dream team and start building your program!

Step 2: Plan out your program with our hands-on exercises.
Step 3: Use and/or reference the resources and free templates at the bottom of each page.
Step 4: Be proud of your work, and show everyone what you did.

🍩 A little bit about me!
I'm Jara, an edtech program manager.
Currently, I work at Webflow as a Senior Program Manager. Previously, I worked at Coursera and Salesforce.
Outside of work I'm the Director of Education & Programming for Techsgiving, a non-profit dedicated to getting more underrepresented folks in tech, and a Young Professional Council board member for New York Edge.
I'm based in Brooklyn and enjoyed the series finale of LOST :).
